Can I also buy products that are available online in the store?
We have a large selection of products in stock at the store. The best way to find out if your desired product is available in the store is by email at info@greenlane.ch, or by calling us at 044 261 02 35 before you come by.
Do I have to create a customer account to place an order?
You have the option to order as a guest without creating an account. Still, there are many advantages to having a customer account, such as our rewards system and having an overview of your recent orders. You can also save your order details for a faster check-out next time.
Will the products in my shopping cart stay reserved for me?
Unfortunately, we cannot reserve the products in your shopping cart.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on “Lost password” in the login area and enter your username or your email address. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email.
What information do I need to provide to place an order and why? Is my personal information treated confidentially?
We will need a valid email address so we can send you an order confirmation. We will also need a delivery address if you want your package delivered. Furthermore, we also require your telephone number so that our service partner, DHL, can send you the tracking number. We store all the information we collect on our specially protected servers in our security zone. Only a few people have the authorization to access these servers and the data on them, and they are responsible for the technical, commercial, or editorial maintenance of this data. Can I still change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, this is not possible for technical reasons. In this case, we recommend that you cancel your order and place a new one.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Did you not receive a confirmation? Please check your spam folder first before contacting our customer service.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
How can I redeem the 10% discount i have received by subscribing to the newsletter?
After the first newsletter registration, you will receive a 10% discount code by email, which you can use in our online shop within a period of 30 days. You can enter the code in the field “voucher code” in your shopping cart before you place your order. The 10% discount will automatically be deducted from your purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot deduct the discount after you have placed your order.
Which payment methods does greenlane accept?
You can comfortably pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Post Finance), Paypal, prepayment, Twint, or Post E-Finance. We also offer the payment option by invoice, which is carried out with our partner POWERPAY. After your purchase, POWERPAY will send you the invoice by email. For more information, please read the GTCs.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, it is possible. Contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we will find a solution together.
When and how do I receive a refund?
In the event of a cancellation, we will directly refund you the full amount. In the event of a return, you will only receive a refund if the product returns to us in perfect condition.
VOUCHER
Where and how can I purchase a voucher?
You can order vouchers on our website or buy them in our store. On the website, choose either the «Card Option», where the voucher will be sent by DHL, or the «Web Option», where we send you a virtual voucher by email.
What voucher amounts are available?
You can either order a 10, 25, 50, or 100 CHF voucher on our website. There is also the option to purchase a variable voucher amount. See the next question.
Can I customize my voucher?
Simply order a combination of different voucher amounts (10.-, 25.-, 50.-, 100.- CHF). During the ordering process, please indicate in the comment field which amount or treatment you would like us to note on your voucher and the name of the person you would like to gift the voucher to.
I have a greenlane gift card. How and where can I redeem it?
You can redeem your voucher in our store or online. If you want to redeem your voucher online, simply enter the code in the shopping cart in the "Discount code or gift card" field before placing your order.
Please bring the voucher with you when you visit the store.
For which items can I redeem my voucher?
You can redeem your voucher for all the products and treatments that we offer at greenlane.
What happens if I do not redeem the full amount of the voucher at once?
Don’t worry; the remaining amount does not expire. You can use your voucher code for online purchases until the entire amount is used up. In the store, you will simply receive a new voucher worth the remaining amount.
SHIPPING & PICK UP
What locations does greenlane ship to?
greenlane delivers exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Are all products shipped in one parcel?
Normally, we ship everything in one parcel. If one of your ordered products happens to be out of stock, you will be notified by note or email. The missing product will be sent later in a second parcel.
How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping costs?
Normally, the order will arrive within one to three working days. You will be informed about the shipping costs during the ordering process.
Can I pick up my order at the greenlane store in person?
Yes, that is possible. Select the "Pick up in store" option during the checkout process.
How can I track my order?
Our shipping partner, DHL, will provide you with a tracking number via SMS as soon as the package is dispatched. The number given by DHL allows you to track your package.
What measures does greenlane take to reduce packaging waste?
We try to avoid plastic waste as much as possible and use recyclable packaging materials. The corn chips, which we often use as filling material, can be easily dissolved in water and are 100% natural. The cardboard packaging is made of recycled material.
RETURNS
I ordered the wrong product; what should I do?

I received a damaged or wrong product; what should I do?

Can I return purchased items?
Online store: greenlane guarantees a right of return within 14 days after receipt of the items. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of beauty products can only be accepted if the product is unopened and not damaged. Merchandise purchased at a reduced price during a sale cannot be returned.
In-store: For items purchased in our store in Zurich, we guarantee a 7-day return policy for unopened and flawless merchandise.
How do I handle a return?
Contact our customer service department as soon as you want to return something. Please be aware of the 7- or 14-day return policy.
Who pays for the postage?
In the event of incorrect delivery or defective goods, greenlane will, of course, take over the costs of the return. If you do not want to keep the product for other reasons, you must pay the full postage. If you would like to return products for other reasons, the postage is at your expense.
Can I return products that I have ordered online at the Zurich store?
Yes, this is possible within a period of one week.
I had an allergic reaction to a product. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund in such cases. Please inform yourself in detail about the ingredients before purchasing. We list them completely on the respective product pages. If you are unsure, please try our sample service first.

What does the greenlane product range include?
greenlane specializes in high-quality natural cosmetics from international and national brands. Our product range includes skin care, hair care products, cosmetics, perfumes, accessories, teas, and more. We bring the latest beauty and cosmetic trends from all over the world to Zurich and always try to stay on the pulse of the times.
What are the criteria greenlane uses to pick brands?
We are convinced of the highly effective, natural beauty products, which we choose carefully and selectively. We test all products for their effectiveness before we add a new brand to our range. In addition to the quality and aesthetic appeal of the products and brands, we also pay particular attention to ensuring that the brands produce sustainably and responsibly, compensate their employees and producers appropriately, and are transparent regarding their supply chains and ingredients.
What philosophy does greenlane embrace?
It is important to us that our products are as natural as possible, free from parabens, kerosene, silicons, artificial preservatives and aromas, and have not been tested on animals.
TREATMENTS & SPA
I would like to book a treatment; how do I proceed?

Which facial treatment is suitable to start with?
We recommend the Custom Health Facial for the beginning. Each facial is individually adapted to your skin type, and a professional skin analysis is made before the first treatment.
How do I make sure that I get my appointment on the desired date?
Book as early as possible, as we are often booked weeks or months in advance. If you are more spontaneous, you can also ask to be put on the waiting list by phone 044 261 02 35 or email at info@greenlane.ch. As soon as a date is available, we will contact you directly.
I can't make my appointment; what should I do?
Appointments that have already been arranged can be canceled free of charge up until 24 hours before the appointment. If a Sunday or public holiday lies between the cancellation and the appointment, the deadline is 48 hours. If you would like to cancel an appointment made online, please use the cancellation button in the confirmation email you received. All differently booked appointments have to be canceled by email at info@greenlane.ch or by phone at 044 261 02 35. Cancellation messages sent via Facebook or Instagram will not be accepted. Cancellations at short notice or no-shows will be charged in full for services booked.
Is it possible to purchase products after the treatment?
After the treatment, you can buy products in the store if you wish.
