TRUDON was founded in Paris in 1643 by the merchant Trudon, shortly before the coronation of Louis XIV, making it the oldest working candle producer in the world. In the 17th century, the enterprise was appointed the royal wax factory, becoming the official supplier to the French Court.
Today, TRUDON candles are among the most coveted luxury-scented candles. The fragrances are developed in cooperation with distinguished perfumers and manufactured with the greatest care in Normandy. The unique glasses are handmade in Tuscany, their distinctive shape inspired by a champagne bucket.
