To get the best tan, exfoliate 24 to 48 hours before application. Apply the tanning mousse liberally and evenly to clean, dry skin. Wash hands after application.
Wash off 1 hour after application for a light tan. Leave on for up to 4 hours for a deep bronze tan. After showering, the tan will continue to develop for up to 48 hours.
